About Lismore Eats
Lismore Eats is a monthly market held at Lismore Showgrounds. The primary focus of Lismore Eats is to showcase the fantastic variety of food vendors that the region has to offer.
Using our speciality month-to-month booking system, each month bring a new variety of stallholders for you to try, while showcasing some favorites. Each month we showcase approximately 25 food stalls, as well as rides, live music and some local market stalls.
If you, your family, your friends, or even your work colleagues are looking for a fantastic way to spend your Friday Night, why look past Lismore Eats, The Final Friday of Each Month.
Lismore Eats - A Story
A lot of people have asked, how did Lismore Eats Start. So here goes the story. One afternoon a local Event Management undergraduate (Jacob), was sitting with some work colleges at a private function on a Friday. And thought, Lismore needs a family friendly event on a Friday Evening.
While there is a number of fantastic venues around Lismore, nothing was specifically catering for families, especially for ones with picky eaters. From that point on, Jacob, who has worked on numerous local events, pulled out the pile of business cards he had been collecting and began contacting the first stallholders.
Deciding on Lismore Showgrounds as the venue was easy, out of all the event locations in Lismore, the Lismore Showgrounds provides the most room to grow and great facilities for hosting events.
Starting in October 2018, Lismore Eats was instantly taken on-board by the local community and now plans to run long into the future.
The Facts
When are we on?
Once a month!
Lismore Eats normally occurs on the final Friday of each month. However, on occasion this may be pushed back to the 2nd last Friday.

Gates Open : 4 pm

Food prices vary, but we try and provide options for both the budget conscious and the big spenders.
